ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: You receive all the service of our Standard Package PLUS the full services a realtor would provide you for only a flat fee of $3,500. The services of a realtor, without the realtor cost. We handle everything for you. We market your house, we schedule the showings, we conduct the showing of your house, we conduct open houses, we negotiate and draft all the purchase documents for you. We do EVERYTHING for you! Not only do we handle everything, you will receive the services of an experienced real estate attorney to review all your contract documents and we will schedule your closing at a local title company where you will receive reduced closing fees. All for the flat fee of $3,500.
