Flat Fee MLS

Our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) uses the most up to date software in the real estate industry (Paragon). The Paragon software package is password protected and requires a quarterly fee for brokers to use. We have access to the South Central Wisconsin (MLS). The general public does not. The general public receives a delayed feed from the actual (MLS). The look and some of the information is different. Some sites that receive the feed are Wisconsin Homes, Realtor.com and Yahoo Homes. To put it very simply, the (MLS) is a real time site where real estate brokers share information about the homeowners property and have an offer of compensation. This compensation can vary in different parts of the state. The (MLS) is the most high tech way to market your home. The photo's and text are all in real time, so there is never a delay in accurate information.

Our new service that we are innovating, handles the listing side of the transaction ONLY. In every real estate transaction there are two sides. There is the listing side and the selling side. The selling side often deals with working with a separate broker in the transaction. This is also referred to as the co-broke. If there is a co-broke in the transaction, that broker will expect to be paid for their services. This amount is completely negotiable, but to have a listing entered into the (MLS) there must be an offer of compensation.

Our service is different from the FLAT FEE services that are out there now. We offer the opportunity for the owner to get maximum exposure through the use of the (MLS) without giving up the right to sell the property on their own. The other part of our service involves reduced fees for title insurance, free legal advice from our attorney, and the complete real estate services of a real estate broker throughout the entire transaction. No other company in the industry offers those services in the "ALL INCLUSIVE" package that we offer.
